wow! This is refreshingAre we to assume that the reserve keeper Williams had also been released?
I believe Young will be watching the reserves this weekend.
I believe he's going to the beer festival as well?
As a friend pointed out yesterday, would that mean he's been to Altrincham more times on non match days than Sinnott did in 5 years in charge?
Sinnott most certainly never attended any club functions, including the grand opening of the dwl - which was quite frankly disgusting
If you can't be arsed supporting the club in the Conference North you don't deserve to be a part of Conference National and FA Cup experiences. You're more than welcome to f**k it off if you've not the time for it, funny how you'd condemn the club for having the same attitude though.
In the interests of clarity, this was no manufactured piece, done for appearances' sake. There are often crocodile tears in situations like this, but Shaun contacted me, unprompted, and said he wanted to place on record his thanks for all Lee had done for him. They were genuine, heartfelt sentiments. A shame, then, that they should be derided as drivel.but it is drivel, and factually incorrect drivel as well
I would rather the club captain focused more on the job at hand to be honest
Lee Sinnott had his knockers at the club, some from day one. I think he has been a very polite and brutally honest manager. And an ambassador for the club in the way he's put himself across. It's a hard job at this club with the constraints you have to work under. We've had four years of attractive football, if not always winning football. He got us promoted. He kept us up comfortably last year. This year the summer transfer business was very poor, and we haven't been at it all season, in mitigation then injury list has been horrific. Ultimately you live and die by results, and thee wins in five months is not good news anywhere. Lee looked a beaten man in his interview after Macc to me, let's hope we can get Red Adair on the phone and put these relegation fires out. Many thanks to lee for his hard work and good luck for the future.
Seriously though do we actually sell a pint glass? That would be good if it was decent quality.
Michael Jackson because there's one going cheap in Fulham
Some people want to be football managers, some don't. Some are good football managers, some aren't. Some players want to stay in the game when they've finished, some don't. This Rooney rule and this whole debate (in general not your thread) is very troubling. The best man/women for any job should be just that, be they green red back purple blue white whatever. A "quoter" system in anything is division and segregation in itself... A bad workman always blames his tools.
