For those of you going tomorrow who havent been to FGR before the Postcode for your Satnav is
GL6 0ET
Apparently satnavs dont recognise the postcode on the clubs website. (mine doesn't anyway).

Entry price is 13 English pounds...

Cheers

In brief, google "James robinson altrincham" and read the BBC sport article about us losing 18 points. That was allegedly orchestrated by FGR in the person of their then secretary Colin Peake ... Hence Bad Karma on here = 'Peake' ; Good Karma = 'Goodwin' (i.e. our chairman)

And have a Goodwin for your honesty.

The emails he wrote can be seen here as there were leaked by one disgusted club...

http://ftgotg.blogspot.com/

At the time FGR were involved in he relegation scrap with us so us losing 18 points would save them.

At a time when other clubs were supporting us, including Mick Woodward at Grays who paid in excess of £20,000 for his top lawyer to defend us, he took it upon himself to email every other conference club but us and try and unite them against us.

Also at the time, the Conference were unsure of how to play it...so he threatened them with legal action which they certainly didn't want.

Perhaps a song for tomorrow:

Peake, Peake, wherever you may be,
Sending your emails about Alty,
But your club’s a joke and you didn’t pay your tax,
And now you’ll go under just like Halifax!

Perhaps if his club does go tits up we could all email him and see how he fkn likes it...

I remember when I first became a fan and when I asked why we didn't like Forest Green I got about 5 peakes for it and a load of replies saying "You have GOT to be joking!"
