The latest one I can recall is Hednesford's winner in our first relegation season, 1996/97. I'm sure it was about 10 minutes into injury time.

Talbs V Barrow in the FAT at home 2004/5(?)ish to give us a 1-0 win.

Wasn't that Colin?

Yes it was, I remember that one well! That was the one where Barry Chuckle got thrown out.   :D

I remember the game perfectly and Barry Chuckle being removed. That was mor eor less exactly the same time as the goal so maybe i was distracted and got the wrong person.

One of two occasions when I have shed tears watching Alty :'(

The other one was Boston as well (1974 NPL Cup Final, 2nd Leg)

Bradford away 04/05.Val scores 90th min,Rod scores winner in 95th min, cue a pitch invasion by us, and Chrissy Adams T**tting a Bradford player when the ref wasnt looking, who had been winding him up all game.

That Bradford one was massive, perhaps one of the most important goals in our history or should I say future?
