October games

We have 4 tough looking games coming up but the team should be full of confidence and I don't see why we can't pick up points.
I'd settle for three points from the four games as long as it's from three draws (ie only one defeat).

I would say that if a team is capable of drawing 3 games it should also be capable of winning at least one of them.

I think we could beat Luton.  We did ok against them last season in the FA Cup and I reckon that Alty have improved a dammed sight more since that game than what Luton would have..

I am not saying that it will be easy but I consider Oxford a seriously difficult game,(Mr Constable will need to be well shackled).   we could get a draw at Rushden as long as we play well and the same against Mansfield..

I think we could have done with Mick Harford staying on as manager until after their visit though.

Negative = they will be better

Positive   = renewed optimism...they will bring more

Just as long as people don't panic if you do lose these matches. I reiterate, a midtable team (and I'll still consider it well in excess of expectations if Alty do make the playoffs) can not expect to go a whole season without a bad run or two.

To be honest i can see us doing better, maybe snatching 5 points from the 4 games in October, starting off with a draw away to Rushden, 4 points at home to Luton and Mansfield and Oxford is just a bonus game really, if we got anything from the Kassam then all the better. But im expecting minimum 5 points

In wouldn't say minimum 5 points but I definately feel we can beat either Mansfield or Luton or both!
