I think playing in an empty 25,000 all seater stadium is the appeal, he'll have a good chance of avoiding a confrontation with fans unlike his latest spell at Chester.

Regarding finances, I guess we've just got to hope that the owner knows what he's doing, that's all most supporters can do.  If we don't build a new stadium in the next three years we're going to be in trouble with the FL again, I have no idea where we're going to find a spare £13 million
