The shirt that was on display in the club shop on Saturday has been confirmed as next season's home shirt.

Attached is an artist impression as supplied by Ian Senior.

Not bad. Quite like the slightly wider stripes on the current shirt though :)

Any chance of red shorts?

Prefer the thinner stripes and the striped arms.

Good stuff. Hope it goes on sale soon enough

As stated previously, my favourite shirt was the one in 1996-98 with the all-red back and sleeves.

This one looks good though! :)

I have received the following email from Ian Senior. I have never had a problem with any of the merchandise myself but its good to know that if there was any reason for people to be unhappy that something would be done asap. Thanks Ian.

-----

1 reason for Alty using Prostar is my association with the company, but beyond that, is the service they give me to pass on to the club. If I need 1 garment, they are generally able to get it to me within a couple of days to then get badged, etc for the supporter. On top of that, I think the gear is excellent anyway, including other items such as polo's, sweatshirts, fleece jkts, waterproof jkts, etc.

I have contacts with all other manufacturers, but generally base my business on Prostar for these very reasons. If anybody ever has a problem with a Prostar garment, give it to Jenny at the club, and I'll get it sorted, that's a promise.

Thanks, Ian - SENSPORT KITS  ( and GK Coach, Altrincham FC)

Ian Senior has provided a fantastic service to the club with the kits and the manufacturer's name is of little or no importance to me.

Long may this good ralationship continue!
