Good news for Alty and Vics
« on: March 26, 2009, 02:11:26 PM »

HMRC has adjourned the winding-up meeting into May..............gives Vics time to try and sort stuff out, but more importantly means they cannot be liquidated before the end of the season - thus depriving us of 6 points !!

Liquidation could have been a serious option open to HMRC - and who could blame them considering the amount still owed, the clubs track record on repayments and no obvious viable business plan going forward into Conf North

Poor situation for clubs in the BSN though as one will be told that they have a reprive mid to late june as I suspect the BSN will not accept vics with these debts
