If you want to watch English television in another country a slingbox is the best option. It transmits programmes from a television here to a computer anywhere in the world. You will
need a high speed broadband connection at both ends. I used the pro version in Bulgaria and it worked great. You can use it with Sky/Virgin/Freeview or the basic five channels. You get a virtual on screen remote control and you can even record programmes if you have a Sky/Virgin box or DVD/Video recorder.

Not so bad for us. We're within the range for the sky satellite. Sky+ box works fine here in South of france. Basically its like being at home, except youve got the weather. Apart from today where we have the the tv and weather from home, absolutely belting it down for the last three days.
