Never checked to make sure my reply was on - it wasn't.

What I said was something along the lines of ;

"It was shown as Woodley Res in the NLP tables for the Cheshire League but I'll never trust them again!"

I have tried and I cant work out how to use the quote facility.
Please enlighten me.
Before I am accused of being thick, I do know how to spell (apart from the odd careless error or mistype) and use punctuation marks!!!!

About the only sensible thing in the whole piece is this,

"With little prospect of support from the top of the game – the only thing that trickles down in football is the unsustainable financial expectations of players – the chances are we will see as many as half a dozen lower-league clubs going bust by the end of the season, as a financial model that has never been plausible unravels."

Thesports writers in the Daily Telegraph (the Conservative Party at Breakfast) know as much about non-league football as any other fans of either Spurs, Chelsea, Arsenal or Man U.
