I see Ryvita have kept away from poppy seeds to cater for the far east market.....mind you heroin chic and all that. You never see a fat junkie do you? Have you even considered the H-plan diet?

In terms of ryvitas they are indeed them posh ones with the Trilll on....Ryvita have diversfied into them...don;t know if they contain any form of amphetamines though. gorgeous
