Ecky,

Could you also post a link to (i) The Samaritans and (ii) St Jude (Father Flynn will explain the latter) just in case of emergencies.....

Is the referral money from the betting links paid to the club or is someone else profitting?

If it's going to the club that's great!

Oh give the guy a break. It's nice to put it all in one place - how many ads do you see on sky or newspaper websites?  Hosting aint free you know!

Yes Ecky, make sure that you hand over the millions that you rake in from this site. We could have a budget as big as Vics next season if you do.

If  it makes any money at all, then I will consider what to do with it.  Might get a villa or a new car yet, not decded.

Please don't join or take any of the links on there if you own a high horse.

Making money is not the point of it.

eckys quite f**king right to put advertising on the page, and make some money from it. i personally know how much money each click makes and its not going to be enough to make the guy a wage mabe a pint down the noel white suite on the first game of the season. end of the day h could have not done that page and we would all be cramming around for links and cluttering up the forum something rotten with "has anybody got the commentry for tommorws game?" posts.

any service costs these days but if the cost is just having a couple of ads on a page the thats good news for you.

On another slightly linkd note google UK made 407 million in the first quarter of 2008 on advertising alone, on a projection of the same profit for the rest of the year they will eclipse ITV as the UK's number one advertising medium! not bad for a company only 7 years young!

Seems that there are a few 'high horses' on here. I simply asked a question and didn't receive a sensible answer - speaks volumes I guess! I understand that making money is not the main point of the page, however I can see that there may be a little 'kick back' if visitors use your sponsored links. Just thought it might be something like the online alty shop thing: http://buy.at/altrinchamfc that's all.

Thanks for setting up the page saves us hunting around for the radio links on the bbc website.

Cheers

ps. I hope you enjoy your new car.
