What's the point in predicting?,we all know its totally pointless!,for the record though we (York obviously) haven't lost away since September 18th,and have won our last 7 away games. So you will probably cause an upset and win.Back to reality, providing our injury worries have cleared up City should win.I'll go for 3-1.

Alty 0 York City 5 (Sodje 18, Farrell 36, 40pen, 88, Woolford 61)

Att: 1,432 (660 from York)

We really should be beating teams like these (nods to Mark Ecky.... :D...)

Alty 0 York 2/3

York are quite good I think.

They must be good if they can score two thirds of a goal....

::) shakes head at Phil and thinks surely this time we must score.

You scored once in the cup and twice at our place in the league, that's more than enough for one season Mark.

York are going for the play-offs and we really should be beating teams like these, we are too big a club for this division, shouldn't even be in it and going to these places is beneath us. Shall I include any more stereotypical phrases or shall I leave some for Cambridge United?

That could well be the most likely outcome. But Jennifer's Mum is away all day so it will ruin my day if we don't play - I might have to do housework or something!

After I predicted a draw at Oxford I'm not going to predict a score

At 4pm there were no visible puddles on the pitch although there was some water around the perimeter.

The key is no rain friday night, so the pitch will be passed playable.

assuming the monsoon season has now passed and the game is going ahead, what do people think the score will be? and what line up should we go for?

i'm going for a scrappy 1-0 alty win (like our one at crawley)

coburn
lane
tinson
shotton
jennings
toulson
lawton
king
payton
cahill
senior

subs:
acton
young
little
mcfadden
logan

A Battling performance and an unlucky 3-2 defeat

Team will be

Coburn
Shotton (RB)
Tinno
Young
JJ

Toulson
Lawton
King
Peyton

Cahill
Little.

1298 there, why is it always piss poor weather when York come? And unfortunately I think they'll do a job on us again. Unlike a load of the sh*te that's beaten us at home this year I think they're actually a good outfit, move the ball very quickly and finish emphatically, especially when they get ahead.

Hmm, 1-3 goal from Little.

p.s. Anyone know when Val is back?
