GH aint going to step down unless we get relagated from the conf north next year. GB won't want to be manager of a unibond team. and that is never going to happen! for my money i think GB and GH will be working in tandem. the GH DS relationship always seemed very much equal with graham being the public face and DS the silent operator. GB will be doing alot of talking to league contacts GH will be combing his Non league contacts and the pair of them will be working tactics and selection together. GH isn't too pigheaded to see that GB is more than qualified to make the selections and Tactics and will jump at the chance to have his input. or we would not have hired him.

wow i said more than i wanted to there!
