As I posted a few weeks ago, GH seemed overly pally with the players at the Crimbo do.

The time has come for a sit down, heart to heart and some serious arse kicking.

If they cannot be motivated then either the players or the manager needs to change or both!!

Personally I would love to see the players respond and wear the shirt with pride.

And if this arse kicking doesn't come from the manager or some of the more senior or motivated players then I'm afraid it will have to come from the fans. When we do this, officials at the club will have a go at us and it all turns into a big vicious circle.

But as shareholdrs, paying public we are entitilted to our views whether they like it or not.

We have to turn around this losing streak.
