Kendal supporter Ian Crocksell writes in NL Today, "Kendal Town have found themselves flirting with the relegation zone and I can put a date to the day when our problems started; Starurday, October 27th, 2007. That was the day we met Altrincham in the FA Cup. .. We lost 1-0, no shame in that against a Blue Square Premier club. However, before the Alty visit we had been on a decent run...Since then, we've suffered a slump and not won a game... Before the Altrincham game we were confident and discussing who would be drawn against us in the First Round Proper. After that, it seemed that our self-esteem went down". It doesn't seem to have been much better for Alty either as they have won just once in the league since then!" John Laidlar's site.

I wish no ill on Kendal Town, a friendly & homely club, but have no fondness for their manager.
