Don't the new flats that will be built behind the Hale End make it impossible to ever expand the ground on that side?

Would have thought so..although seeing as though we currently have 5000 free spaces in the ground each week we needn't worry too much!

When we get too the Championship we will need a new ground, perhaps the golf course would do
