I thought the gate was low yesterday!

I have just noticed that it was 645 (according to main site). That's only a 1/3 of their normal gate. If we say an average of £12 for each person missing, they missed out on around £15k in gate money.

How much would they have picked up off Sultana?

They said 1662 on southern counties radio. i wonder what the uptake of Setanta is in Greater Stevenage, and what percentage of their normal crowd who have Setanta would have stayed at home to watch? The low crowd would be more of a Monday factor combined with their poor run of form I think.

Does anyone know how much Setanta pay out for each game? And, do they pay both the home and away team?

I think it was decided to leesen the amount that each team got for appearing and put more into a pot that is split by all clubs at the end of the season.

I could be very wrong but I am sure its £5000 for the home club and £2000 for the away team.
