All Down To Farsley on Tuesday
« on: November 18, 2007, 10:27:55 AM »

Biggest game of the season to date, get there if you can, we need decent backing behind the lads, a very important game, and im sure if we can have similar numbers that we had at kendal the lads will appreciate it on a cold tuesday night.

I firmly believe once we are out of the bottom 4 we will gradualy and slowly pull away from them making it psychologically impossible to be caught (probably staying 5th/6th bottom).

Vics, Stafford and Droyslden are doomed....I reckon Farsley will go into freefall if we beat them.

So lets get the job done lads and make it a bit easier and more enjoyable and comfortable for a chnge eh?*

*who do i think I'm kidding?

But, alas, not according to the Setanta website

I have been very unimpressed with Setanta. The presenters know nothing about the clubs and the picture always freezes or breaks down. Sky must be laughing at them. Very amateur.

Some of that may be your provider. We get Setanta through a local cable company & have no problem. I think their presentation is not too bad, except for Parker, who gets awards for stating the bleedin' obvious & just repeating what the commentator has just said.

I get Setanta as part of my Virgin Media package. The screen goes black and i have to switch to a different channel then switch back again. Paul Parker is unbelievably bad. He doesn't even know what teams are playing.

From watching Farsley v. York on Setanta a few weeks back....one end behind the goal is about as wide as a pavement, and looked like it isnt used. To that end...they cram most of the fans behind the other goal, and have it segregated half and half. With it being York and a 'local derby'...it looked pretty packed.

Don't they only segregate for matches such as York?

Wouldn't be surprised if there was no segregation for us.

If you need the toilet I strongly advise to go before you get into the ground.
