Senior Cup
« on: November 13, 2007, 10:29:47 PM »

Vics lost 1 0 to a 7th minute penalty against Nantwich so they're out.Stalybridge knocked out by Vauxhall 3 2 and not to sure about congleton and cammell laird.

So i think that means we've got Vauxhall at home, is that right?
and does anyone know where they are holding the final?

After Chris' goal on Saturday it is appropriate a cup should be named after him.

It is the first team we have overcome a first half deficit to win a game in 90 minutes for at least 3 years. Trouble is you can't bet on Cheshire Senior Cup games.

What a night, we matched you for 70 mins and you had a decent team out aswell.  Thanks to the fans who made the trip and added to the atmosphere total attendance was 271, (so we had a bigger gate then vics
;D)  I think we suprised a few of you with the football we played, but your superiority showed in the end as we tired from chasing you!
Channel M were in attendance, i think I heard it will be shown Friday night 9.pm, watch out for youngys goal it was a belter!
Once again thanks for those who made the trip and their kind words of encouragement to us, this is what non-league football is all about, good luck for the rest of the competition, and the rest of the season.
