Interesting point but if his children are in good local schools and he has the money to have two houses and travel between the two thats his choice.
Would you move your kids if they were about to sit exams etc.
Maybe its that Keane just sees the Sunderland job as a stepping stone to bigger things in the North West ?

Whatever way you look at it, Mrs Keane has not stopped her husband going to Sunderland.

I think his point is that if you marry a pro footballer you have got to expect to travel.
