League Predictions
« on: August 08, 2007, 12:52:46 PM »

Prior to the start of the season I wanted to make my own league predictions as to how things will end up at the end of the season. It will be interesting to refer back to at the end and see how things compare in real life.

1 Torquay

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

2 Exeter
3 Oxford
4 Stevenage
5 Rushton and Diamonds

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

6 Kidderminster
7 Ebbsfleet United
8 York
9 Woking
10 Burton Aldbion
11 Aldershot
12 Droylsdon
13 Halifax
14 Cambridge City
15 Weymouth
16 Forest Green
17 Alrincham
18 Grays
19 Histon
20 Northwich

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

21 Farlsey Celtic
22 Stafford Rangers
23 Salisbury
24 Crawley Town - kick out of the league.

i'd agree with that as a start of season prediction, but i think realistically, there will be some surprises, think forest green, grays and droylesden will do well and agree rushden will be strong.

who was it that last season you could predict the results of each individual match and the table would update so you could see where you would finish at the end of the season and is it running again this season?

i think its happening agai this season and i believe it was being run by "jezza"
their was some questioning whether we'd do the predictions week by week or predict them all at the start of the season, i personally think, doing it week by week, gives an unfair advantage because you can look at current form etc!

I think it is going to be very open this season with a good number of teams up there fighthing for top spots.
Would like to see us hanging around mid table with great home form and grinding out a few results away.

Now now Peter, jealousy is a terrible thing.

Watch him run round your dodgy defenders, it'll be just like Clayton all over again!
