Silly boy. I honestly thought he'd put all that behind him.

As much as I'm sure there's many of us that would be tempted to 'fix' him again, I'd proceed with caution.

What has he  allegedly done this time for goodness sake?

Don?t need him back here as he is an admin nightmare waiting to happen. The lad obviously needs help. Such a shame for a talented player,

You just can?t keep doing this Ryan Lad.

If he's found guilty I can see Chesterfield being a winger short for some time.

From the Derbyshire Times:

Ryan Colclough has been charged with one count of section 20 GBH without intent - after an incident at a pub in Chesterfield.

Ryan Colclough, 29, of Clowne, has been charged with one count of section 20 GBH without intent.

This follows an incident in which a man was allegedly assaulted at the Red Lion in Church Street, Brimington, on January 27 2024.

He will appear at North East Derbyshire Magistrates Court on November 7.

Looks like he could potentially be exchanging a wing at Chesterfield for a wing in Strangeways.

A very good player indeed but his problems have not gone away so no thanks I'm afraid.

Not worth the grief.

Footballer having a drink in the pub is ok with me, but he shouldn't be getting beered up to lose control of his fists.

See what comes of the court case having said that.

He actually started for Chesterfield on Friday night. I expected them to suspend him from action pre court hearing

My source at CFC tells me the club have been aware of what happened since it happened last January. Plenty of time to think about what their options are should RC be charged with any offence. The fact it is has taken 9 months to charge him, may indicate it is not a clear-cut case (and guilty verdict) ?....club may be giving the benefit of doubt here.
