This is getting silly now.

We are all Alty fans and on the same side irrespective of our opinions.

For what it's worth, given the fallout, I'd be stunned if we ever entered this 'competition' again. Indeed, I would be stunned if any club did.

My view is that it is a superfluous and artificial competition which amounts to nothing more than a series of glorified friendlies.

If people want to go along and watch these games then that's their prerogative and so be it.

However, I would regard attending them as being seen to endorse this nonsense and, thereby rank hypocrisy on my part.

If you are having to make it free in order to raise any interest, then you have a problem with the product and simply look extremely desperate.

I shall pay my 20 pounds on Saturday in order to watch a genuinely meaningful fixture.

783 Scabs say's an incredible amount about our fanbase. No wonder our attendances are down again this season, the games aren't free enough.
I decided to go in the end tonight. Everytime I watch Alty at home it is a 130 mile round trip we are season  ticket holder and have been watching Alty for more years than I care to remember.

Do not call me a Scab You T**t.

I note that Phil Parkinson mentioned that the Blackburn game would put ?valuable minutes? into players legs. If PP sees value in the competition, that?s good enough for me.

Not going to get upset by your latest post, you are irrelevant. Leave it that we have different opinions but I'm not going to get into an insulting debate with you as I'm above that.

I love this club, and it's fans and my opinion is different to yours.

No further comments or postings and certainly no more tit-for-tat insults.
Should have just kept yer f**king neck wound in then shouldn't you. What is calling me irrelevant if it isn't an insult?

Probably for the best you wind it in. Never come across a more rapid 180 on something. Surprised you didn't get whiplash.
