Official Site has an interesting prediction for the Exeter formation

3 at the back
2 wing backs
2 holding midfield
3 up front

Would that work for us (again in theory as we all know we will play 442)?

Lane, Tinson, Munroe
Lawton, Peyton
Owen, Sedge
Little O'Neil Senior

But no Whalley in that, Whalley in for Sedge make us a bit lightweight in midfield?  Answered my own question - probably not!

Really dont think that would work for us and to be honest I think its academic once again as we will never play it!
It still leaves us with the same problem as in the other thread in a way, with peyton playing as a wing back rather than a left back, munroe becomes exposed and wel be troubled on both flanks!!!

I am hopeful that GH will pick a team with a certain amount of fluidity so that we can change depending upon how the game goes and what formation exeter play in.

id probably stick with a tried and tested 442 because its too late to go experimentin with the team

as many people on here have been suggesting alty put a few spanner in the works against TNS to throw exeter off, i wonder if that formation that they state they will play against us is just to throw us off....therefore i agree we need a team with the ability to swap things around
