The pitch (a question for the gardeners)...
« on: April 01, 2024, 07:17:50 PM »

Given that we now have nearly 3 weeks until our next and potentially very crucial home game - with potentially more very crucial home games beyond it...

...and the fact that my lawn seems to be growing a bit now that we've hit April and longer days...

Can we get some seed chucked down on the problem areas first thing in the morning?

Surely there would be an improvement in that time?

Happy to be proven an idiot...

Anytime you have a 50-50 chance of getting something right, there's a 90% probability you'll get it wrong.

I don't know much either, but I wonder if it's enough time to bed in properly.

Would the heat lamps accelerate growth or would the cost be prohibitive?

They haven't made me any taller! 😉

Did we borrow some fairly recently?

If the science checks out, surely it's got to be worth a go given it's a good window of opportunity.
