Would have posted last night but fingers were frozen.

Played ok last night, gave away the ball a bit to easily and often tho.

Thought Olly Wright had a good game at 8.

I believe Bruno Andrade plays gir Chestum(?) on saturdays, so lord knows the full story there.

I think it's Chesham. If so, they're at level 4 (same as Stalybridge ironically).

As others said, dominated the game for large periods and a mixed line-up didn't help with cohesion but overall we played well. Matty looked rusty but grew into the first half finishing strongly. Sam played well. Impressed with Wilson, did well. Good to see Regan and Dior scoring, will give confidence.

Thought Howell's cameo was excellent, some neat play and movement against experienced semi-pro's.

Burroughs  at right back ?

Yes. What's happening with him? I notice he's not in the first team squad on the official club website. Is that an error or is he still with us?

I was thinking that too, no mention of him anywhere.
I thought he looked pretty good last night, some good overlapping runs and cutbacks and composed defending. Surprised on that showing that we've not seen more of him. maybe he's been injured?

I was really disappointed with Angus last night, I thought he looked pretty poor against a very average side, thought he would have filled he's boots if he'd shown anywhere near the quality that I think he has.

He is low on confidence, his link up play did lead to some of the other goals. He kept plugging away and got his reward. Not sure Regan was any better? Overall they both did ok.

I realise most on here don't really rate the Senior Cup (I do by the way) but does anyone know who's still left in it and when's the draw for the next round?

Asking for a friend (😂🤣😂)

I’m a fellow CSC geek. So confirmed in the Quarters alongside us are Warrington, Congleton & Cheadle Town. The remaining second round ties all due to be played in the next 2 weeks are Alsager vs Hyde, Nantwich vs Witton, Macc vs Tranmere & finally Barnton vs Crewe. Quarters are due to be played by 27 Jan so assume we’ll know before Christmas who we’ve got in the Quarters. Cheadle away would be nice.

What about Congleton for a bit of payback?

Hyde, Witton & Macc now join us in the Quarters with just the Barnton tie outstanding. No sign of a draw yet. Assume they might wait until all 8 QF are known.
