Mark Maddox RIP
« on: August 22, 2023, 11:14:22 AM »

Desperately sad news is filtering through to me regarding the reported death of Alty Legend Mark Maddox.

Even though, deep down, you knew that this day was coming, there was still a part of you that thought he just might be invincible.

A man of ineffable courage.

Condolences to his family and friends.

A brave battle fought for 13 years. By a warrior, and a leader of men from a bygone football age. Rest well mark x

All of the above.
Epic courage and fight against a terrible disease. He was determined to see his small children grow up and in some ways he will have achieved this.
