Ex Robins on the move (NLN Edition)
« on: July 16, 2023, 09:44:45 AM »

Plenty I'd missed myself here (although I'm sure Alty Files has covered):

Alfreton have signed Kennedy Digie (shudder) and Lewis Salmon... remember him?
Boston have signed Michael Gyasi... didn't look good enough for this level.
Farsley have signed Conor Branson
Gloucester have signed Elliot Durell... he must be getting on a bit now!

Harry Perritt has gone to Alfreton also.

That's a very good signing for them. I liked him a lot and can see him moving up in the world in time.

He'll be 34 at the end of this month.

Wish we'd kept Harry Perritt; better than what we have.

I never saw Michael Gyasi so I'm not even convinced he existed!

Something clearly went wrong for Perritt. I reckon it is more his attitude rather than his ability.

My opinion is that Perritt is overrated. He was very average on his return.

I find it hard to believe we'd have taken Perritt for just a few months when he was contracted until the end of the season with Accrington anyway - maybe it was a mutual agreement to terminate early.

He seems to push his business interests on socials, so maybe he just doesn't want to pursue full time football any more - we know it does happen. And much like others, he wasn't great during his second spell.
