I wonder now, did the section we were in actually have as many seats as there were spectators in this section? There were quite a number of people stood in the aisle, and I couldn't see too many empty seats in our section. To my mind questions need to be asked. I remain convinced that it would have been much better to open the whole stand, and to have a (safe) standing section. I understand the sensitivities after Hillsborough, but in a situation like yesterday, I feel that all-seater causes more problems than it solves. It is all too easy to imagine such chaotic organisation causing a serious problem on another day.

The three sections we were in have a capacity of 707. Even with the stated away attendance that was very close to being breached.

An absolute farce Saturday.

Delayed KO, gates not working. Tickets not working. Having to stand in an aisle way because people just pushed through and in to stand with their mates.

Luckily the bump on my head was just that, after falling 5 steps after the goal because people rushed forward

Hope your OK HashTag, seems people are too used to standing on terracing. All seater stadia is a different kettle of fish, hence why I didn't go Wrexham this season after lasts seasons debacle of all alty singing supporters pushing to where we were sat and making my daughter feel uneasy and squished. Ruined the day out. No need for it.

The dangers of all seater stadium just there. That's not York's fault, all seaters are dangerous as soon as somebody at the front chooses to stand. All those seats become trip hazards.

York and the stadium mgmt screwed up on Saturday, but we're soft and cuddly Alty from leafy WA15, other clubs fans may have reacted differently.

There was plenty of empty seats towards the corner flag.

How about that big boys at York, surely a mega club like them should have a full program finished by now?
