Snowing did not stop us playing at school....even if a blizzard......then again our PE teacher was ex-Gestapo

We had a groundsman (Mathers iirc) and he hated the idea of anyone stepping on his beloved turf!

not wifi, have a hard wired connection over there.

Either way up it's not robust enough. I can only comment from my own experiences, but RR reliability has tanked this season.

Yes would like to see the Dinanga and Jennings efforts with 'keeper to beat' again.
How the hell did they block that effort from Kaja, not to mention the pinball melee just after

Terrible really. We were massively the better side but had a couple of lapses and then it got nervy at the end.

Blimey, where did you find a school like that?

Schools aside, surely a match can still be played in a light covering of snow. I seem to remember one of our greatest ever results was in the snow, where a huge effort was made to get the game on and a man called Pritchard was the hero!
Trying hard to remember the game you mention but can't . please remind me .  That midfield trio of Heathcote, Dickinson and Pritchard was very good though .

Away to the now defunct Macclesfield Town in 1996 when they were going for the title. Dean Pritchard  scored a hattrick in a 2-3 win at Moss Rose, helping to scupper their efforts. I think we had a few players out, hence the herculean efforts to get it on. One of our greatest result may be stretching it slightly, but goodness it felt like it at the time!

Should’ve been more comfortable but a win in this league is superb any way it comes. We seem to have a bit of an issue clearing our lines at times putting more pressure on ourselves and got caught out a bit at right back for the second goal

On the positive side we look so good on the ball now, great pressure on Maidenhead who,at times couldn’t cope with the overload. Chris conn Clarke was superb and I’m just glad we’re taking full advantage whist he’s here. Fantastic 3 points and up to 10th well in  Parky, Neil  and the lads.

As above. Win is a win. Well done to all, especially groundstaff ensuring game went ahead

Indeed well done all on a deserved win. Another 3 points and up to tenth, great effort from the lads tonight. Probably should have scored one or two more to make it a more comfortable win. Chris Conn-Clarke superb again. Also thought Egli Kaja had a decent game, helping out the left back at times and unlucky not to score himself. Maidenhead took their 2 goals very well, the second came totally against the run of play and pretty much out of the blue.

An important win against a spirited albeit limited Maidenhead side. Some cracking goals by both sides in very difficult conditions too. Hopefully Gyasi available for Saturday to give us another option. Yeovil a game we should be targeting 3 points in for sure.

An entertaining game and a vital 3 points.  Not to put a dampener but without CCC we would struggle.  We desperately need a half decent striker
