At £15.00, I'm hoping we'll see a full strength, first choice team

Only £10.00 if you were a season ticket holder.

What about pensioner ST holders?

Either way, let's win it.

Given we won't have played for 10 days - and Boxing Day means the next fixture is pushed out a couple of days too - I can see absolutely no reason whatsoever that Parky wouldn't just name his strongest XI to keep them all as match sharp as possible.

We haven't even got a fixture on the 28th this year, so there doesn't really seem to be any need to rest anyone.

Only change in the line up is Hulme for Jennings. 👍

We'll be all the better for this game. Making hard work if it but we'll benefit in the next game.

When was the last time Altrincham faced that many ex-Alty players in one team? I had to keep reminding myself it wasn't a testimonial. I kept expecting Shaun Densmore and John Johnston to come on.

Yes. Am I correct in thinking that there were more players in the Curzon team who played for Alty last year than there were in the Alty side?

Sean Densmore was stood watching the game with Stuart Coburn.

Whilst appreciating that Jordan needed minutes, IMO,  playing him instead of Jennings weakened the side appreciably

Better team won, but made very hard work of it.

Can't fault Hulmes work rate and he defo needed the minuets but he a level below Jennings.

Lundstram is a massive miss.

Great to progress but the performance won't send shock waves to Wrexham

Should have won 5/6-0.

The 705 ATT is a much clearer representation of where our core support is at than the 2k+ average we achieved last season. Still a National League North level fanbase when it all boils down to a ticketed Tuesday night game.

About as laboured as many of us feared, although there was only really one team in it.

Larges parts of the game played out like an attack v defence drill between two very tippy tappy teams. Wasn't the worst game in the world to watch as a result, but by God I wish we'd be more ruthless.

They allowed us plenty of space and made CCC look like Messi. None of our former lads were ever really in it.

Sadly I'm in agreement regarding Jordan - I love the fella, but it would have made more sense if he was lining up for Curzon Ashton tonight.

A very one-sided game that in typical Alty style we failed to win convincingly.

One downside of the evening was the behaviour of some of our supporters - the bunch of kids behind the goal shouting relentless, tedious and crude abuse at the Curzon keeper can perhaps be forgiven due to their age. However, the blokes who nicked the Curzon flag at half time really should have a word with themselves. It’s a shame that the stewards didn’t seem interested when they were pointed out, despite the repeated PA announcements on the subject.
