Next four matches
« on: August 22, 2022, 11:04:26 AM »

Seems to be a very difficult run of games for us. I'd say certainly more challenging than the last four.
What do people think would be an acceptable points return from them?
I'm going for five or six. (but not confidently!)

No easy games in this division, if we could get 50% of points on offer I'd take that.

Boreham Wood
Chesterfield
Solihull
Wealdstone

5 points from 12 would be okay (2 draw and a win from somwhere).

If we pick up anything at Boreham Wood or Solihull Moors I will be very happy indeed. Chesterfield and Wealdstone have both started well. It's a really tough run of games, things could get worse before they start getting better methinks. Would be delighted if we picked up 5 points, losing only one of these four would be an excellent return.

It’s going to be very busy on Monday. Please try and help the club out by buying tickets in advance. And tell any friends or family coming to try and do the same

I sincerely hope it is going to be busy. If it’s not it’s starting to get a cause for concern. I’m camping outside the CSH in the hope of getting served without missing 20 minutes of the game.

4 points. We will beat Wealdstone even though they are flying high.

I noticed that Kabongo Tschimanga came off the bench for Chesterfield the other day. He will be eased back into the starting line up over the next few games I should imagine.

A very good player

We got a superb draw at there place last season.

I was waiting outside the CSH in first half injury time on Saturday and went straight in at half time. I ended up with about three minutes to have my drink. Of course, if we all did this, it wouldn't work.
