Cheshire Women's and Youth League Premier Division line up

Alty DS
Brookvale United
Chester DS
Ellesmere Port Town
Macc FC
Macc Town
Nantwich Town
Runcorn Sports
Sandbach United
Stockport County DS


Alty DS, Macc and Stockport County DS were promoted from the Championship East division.
Chester DS and Runcorn Sports were promoted from the Championship West division.
Upton were promoted to NWWRFL Division 1 South and are now called Poulton Vics.
