Goodness, I hope so!

What happened to him (and to Crewe) anyway? He didn't seem to be doing much there, despite early promise, and there was that bizarre loan of Dale to Blackpool. I never would have imagined them having such a bad season.

Seems to have played a fair bit for them at right back.

With our other recent signing Barrows potentially being a centre half and Marriott / Osborne already signed up in midfield, that could be the thinking...

Whatever the thinking, it would give us greater flexibility and options. (could he play right wing /wing back?) 😉

PS. Just noticed on the Crewe site that he's still on contract there.

Goalkeeper Jaaskelleinen has been released though.
