Cracking day out. Train over from Manchester full of Alty then some top notch pubs between train station and ground. We were well beaten as I expected but great craic on the terraces at the end of a momentous week for the club. Just hope Notts don’t go up as it is the best away day in the division IMHO.

Good for you mate. Wish I was young enough and single enough to do those away days again!
Still got great memories of away days at netherfield, ashington, goole etc.

PS. Not in the same ball park as meadow Lane though 😉

PPS. White Hart Lane, anfield, goodison, turf moor and millmoor were highlights though 😉

With only 1 recognised striker (Dan Mooney) the end product was always going to be 0. SBL

Agree there SBL, shame, we seem to have fizzled out last few games with safety assured and a few injuries to boot.

Yes. The 60 points mark may be a step too far but a victory on Sunday would take us to 57 and 13th wouldn't it?

With 5 games to go I predicted a 7-point return, and we've picked up 4 of those with a winnable home game to come.

As it happens I now reckon we'll finish 14th on 55, which works well in my little old head (exactly 1.25pts per game).

Three nil defeat.

Cheer up mate! 😉 We'll have to work hard, but we could get a point.

 8)

Hope you're predicting at least four points from the last two games, Nostradamus? 😂😂

One all at Bromley and a convincing four one win v Yeovil. Four points and a lovely pint.

That's more like it mate! 😉 👍🍻
