I'm specifically interested in your thoughts of the weekends result. Are you delighted with the point, relieved we didn't lose or still frustrated looking for the elusive win ?
Thoughts on the current squad makeup - satisfied/too many loan players/not enough home grown talent coming through ?
Assuming we stay up your thoughts for next season and if you consider going full time is the right decision.

Thanks for opening this up to questions and it's great to see you've got Phil on:

I don't want to start looking beyond what's in front of us on Saturday, but it feels like we may have to gear up for a bit of a rebuild in the summer.

Since we've arrived back in the National League we've seen a lot of players come and go, whether it be because they were here on loan, because they weren't particularly right for us, or because they've gained a deserved move upwards. In times of transition, how do you go about maintaining the team spirit we've built up over previous seasons?

And a more trivial one if you wouldn't mind:

You've brought in some great loan signings during your time here. Who would you say are your top three, so far? This can be based on ability, attitude - anything you like.

 Couple from me:

You're publicly very proud to be Altrincham's manager, and before that we're proud to managed Nantwich Town. There aren't many interviews discussing your playing career/style. Can you talk through your football career, swhat style of player were you and how that's impacted you as a manager or your style of player.

Secondly, you talk a lot about not getting too high or too low to temper ambition, which is fine, but you've often spoken outwardly about not being able to compete with certain clubs, do you think this actually harms us? It's clear to see the scale of some clubs via stadiums, signings and their crowds but the former board were famously criticised for realism and the off the field success is down to some real outward ambition.

And finally, budget aside, if you could tempt one player to player from conference north or national to join us, who would it be and why?

Some good answers from Phil which helped clear up a few things.

*E.g. Richie Sutton - (paraphrasing here) he wants to play weekly football but tough for him to maintain weekly fitness with long coach journeys etc at National level.
*Phil took a pay drop and no pension by showing commitment to be FT Alty boss (by giving up his lecturers job).
*Ryan Colclough's commitment to the club shown by turning down an EFL move in the Jan window and wanted to 'give back' to Alty.
*Club still looking into the FT or hybrid model but decision is obviously at board level and mustn't weaken the squad.
