There should at least be an option for a refund. If the club don't provide this, it's really poor form.

Due to work, I can't attend on Tuesday either.

Just to add - I've a couple of friends who bought for the original game but cannot attend now, and are struggling to refund their tickets, too.

I am sure the club are happy to refund the tickets but I don't think it's been made easy for anyone to do so. It's worth making the process clearer if we can.
