Did the two clubs receive for being the televised game last Tuesday…

I get the feeling that if BT Sports weren’t covering the game then the league chiefs would have allowed the game to be called off.

I raised this the other day. Not many replies but it seems that it's five grand for the home team and a couple for the away team.
If that's the case, it seems very low indeed. There again it's only BT sport so the audience and thus the return from advertising would be small.

I think we all need to move on from this really.

Clearly the TV appearance was a factor, I'd rather look at the positives like the money that brought in for us (not to mention the hugely successful ticket campaign).

Also, what's not to say the likes of Tom Walker / Barry Baggley end up having successful spells with us?
