Dover should have been relegated.
That would have left 22 clubs in all three divisions.
Next year 2 down four up all round and we're back to normal.

I just don't understand their thinking whatsoever. The solution is literally staring them in the face.

Now the league is likely to have a walkover team each week - with one team sitting it out - until Dover eventually go bust completely at Christmas and they're all scratching their heads again about what to do next.

They got away very lightly.

I would not be surprised if they chose to drop a couple of divisions or more with their financial position and likelihood of relegation if they can survive financially.

I actually think that the league have bottled relegating them to avoid court cases but are hoping they volunteer for it after the points deduction and likelihood of a horrible season glued in the relegation spots and then going down anyway given they shouldn't have the cash they'd need to splash on the team to pull that deficit back.

If he got fined I can't see why the club would. Should I do something a bit silly and get fined I know my boss wouldn't be reaching for the company chequebook.
