Forgetting contracts for 5 min,  who would you keep to start, squad and release. Need a massive clear out.

Starters :-

Hannigan
Senior
Colclough
Kosylo
Smith
Hancock or Hardy

Squad :-
Zouma ( if we can )
Mooney
Hampson
Williams
Malarkey
Thompson
Densmore or Richman
Piggott
Moult

Release :-
Ceesay ( for his wage )
Peers
Sutton
Fis
White
Miller
And all other strikers we have who are older than 20 years old.

Yep, agree with the 7 starters + Toby (though I don't know what the situation is with Hanks and our new status) and would love to keep Zouma and Hampson from the rest. For whatever reason, Thommo has reverted to type (which is a huge pity after the season he's had).
Mooney/Sutton are either fit, or they ain't - the jury's out. I'm miffed with Jake after today, really miffed, but I'd like him to stay too. I also don't know what is planned with Dens and Ringo. They are not featuring and as a consequence, there must be doubts about next season.
As for the rest...

Prob need long term replacements for Hannigan , Moult and Hancock ? Question marks over a few on recent showings. Arent most of them on two year deals making it difficult to release ?

Think we have a BIG summer ahead... squad needs overhaul as need several new faces plus need to ship out quite a few...

Main priority is obviously a decent striker, but after today a top goalkeeper maybe needed too (though TT could stay as back up)... also need to find better team line-up/ formation...

From present squad (discounting contracts)...

Starters...
Senior
Hannigan

I'm sure Parky & Sorvs know what we need... hopefully they will get the required players in the summer... fingers crossed... keep the faith... in Parky we trust... COYR!

Further to my above post... think defo need 1or2 decent strikers, a top top keeper, a good centre back, a holding midfielder to partner Smith (Moult as back up)... anthing else is a bonus... plus need to ship out several...

Everyone keeps talking about what a season TT has had and there has been a few games when he was brilliant but he still has a load of mistakes in him.
I don't see these mistakes in most of our opposition.
Also Jake is looking his age, been quality for us but we need to be looking for a player like him but who can cover more ground. It is needed, Smith can't do it all himself.
I personally don't believe we need a big lump up top, just someone to get on the end of things, like their 3rd goal today.
I would defo be pushing for Leather for CB and a new LB.

I'd keep Curtis Miller depending on his wage. I like him as a footballer, but he isn't ready for National starts, if we were still in CN he'd be getting game time

I also thought that Sass-Davies might be a good shout, but Zouma was pretty impressive in the games he played for us.

Could be a fair few condidates  ? Unless they have clauses in their contracts to say they  can go if the club  want you them to  then there could be a  few players sitting in the stand next season but in the playing squad ?

Plus maybe Piggott if get in couple of strikers in summer.

NB think we need a top striker (plus maybe a 2nd forward), a good centre back, plus a holding midfielder to partner Smith... plus maybe a top keeper & have TT as a back up...

Also a left back either as cover or  as first choice ?
