I think the idea of the hybrid model is that the ones who PP wants to stay and are pt, can stay like that but could have the option to go ft (not all will want to) And improvements to the squad will be drawn mostly from those who are full timers. So the squad will evolve to ft over a few years.
Could only see half or so of those staying (8 or 9) wishing to stay pt but could be wrong.

Guess makes sense... ie over next few years gradually transition to hybrid, then full time... then can get those in later stages of careers or with 2nd jobs that pay well that want to stay (eg Hannigan, Hampson, Hancock, Moult, Richman, etc) they can stay part time until they finish with Alty...

Then new signings or those younger ones we wish to keep can switch to FT eg Senior, Smith, Colclough, Kosylo, Hardy, etc... will be big changes going forward in coming seasons... starting with several shipping out and some new faces coming in during this summer...
