To be fair it’s no surprise after listening to his interviews after the game. He clearly had no idea how to improve the team “what do we need to do to improve?”  “Lots of things really”. Not exactly convincing. I think at one point he even said we need to get better.  With insights like that it’s no wonder they felt it was time for a change

I feel a little sorry for him. They aren't that bad a team really, and it's difficult to see any specific areas that need fettling. They'll be pushed to find a better replacement.
