Apparently we’ve signed Jamie McDonald from City of Liverpool FC...

Perhaps we need to be clearer in our requests. A conference standard striker (North, South, Prem or FL).

Having said that, he seems to know where the net is in his last 4 twitter videos.

Very good finisher certainly. Lets not be judgmental but give him our full support. Welcome to the club Jamie, give it your best shot and we will be right behind you!

Certainly understand his appeal to Phil.

If true then I am sure he played for Warrington against us. Always looked a threat and had some pace when he got going but I was hoping someone a little higher up the levels. Scouser so should bring some passion back up there.

There again it is a challenge for him to participate at a much higher level. If I was in his boots I would grasp it.

It also depends on the players he has around him, and how we learn from Tuesday's game. It is the same player who played for Warrington, and he was obviously available.

Perhaps we're keeping our powder dry ahead of tomorrow?
