I've always felt if we started asking like a club that could get into the FL, rather than a pipedream, it would quickly come to fruition.

People are attracted to winners. There's probably only about 8 to 10 non-league clubs that have broken into the Football League from Non-League (as oppose to that have dropped in for a spell). It's a real badge of honour/ego boost amongst sports fans to have taken a club to the promised land.

We've reached base camp now, I'm confident the 10-year stadium plan, market-style fan zone and hopefully an updated 5-year football plan will attract local winners (see rich.) who want to have their name attracted to a once-in-life-time legacy.
