The saddest thing about all of this is the divisions created amongst the fans. I'm no fan of the proposed walkout but I respect everyone's opinion and right to peacefully protest. I just hope we can all regroup and get behind the team and the club soon, under whatever leadership there may be.

Well summed up earlier:

All the best to everyone walking out tomorrow.

In the last 18 months we've gone from decent to sh*t to disgrace.

I live 170 miles away but the organisers and participants of tomorrows walk out have my full support. We are sleepwalking to nothingness and those responsible must be held accountable. The big push on schools tickets is a fairly shameless attempt to dilute the impact of any walk out but the Board will know the people walking out tomorrow are those who go to Dover and Torquay on a Tuesday night and are the true core of the club. Until Graham Rowley steps down the club cannot and will not heal.

This walkout has grown quite quickly and gathered media attention.

A well worded press release, a few emails and lot of energy from the disenfranchised fans.

If Grahame was no longer chairman, it's clear that plenty of people that would come forward to help in an non matchday capacity.

Just think Grahame, if you want help for the club, and you want the club to be the best it can be, you'll need these people.

Set aside any ego, step down, and become a fan again. A fan who wants to support and help the club.

I know you don't need the title of chairman to put in the hours and energy you do, you just need the passion you have by the bucketful.

Be a fan. Enjoy being Alty. And help the Altrincham FC we love become a non league (or league) giant it can be.

I want to say how impressed I have been with the work behind the scenes on a fantastic PR campaign. The Board should listen to the concerns and bring these guys into the fold, which would give the club a great platform for the future.

Whatever you're view you can't deny the effort.

Everyone needs to remember the Club is bigger than Grahame Rowley.
