Has anyone else noticed the similarity between the TItanic and alty. They both sank like a stone but had convivial and comfortable lounges to drink in whilst sinking. I have had enough now: last few times I have sneaked into the ground hoping no-one I know sees me. I am not paying £14 again to have a pint in what is admittedly a wonderful community centre. This Saturday I will go on a scouting mission to Walton park to look at a few lads from the pub team to build a squad for 20/21 season when no doubt we be in the Altrincham and district league!

Fitting that we are sinking to Marine's level (if not lower).

Just as long as the players don't run out to that godawful Celine Dion dirge rather than the traditional Emerson, Lake & Palmer fanfare.

We've already suffered enough.

I'd like us to toughen up and come out to Feuer frei by rammstein next season. I don't think E L & P should grace moss lane again until we are back within the conference leagues. It'd be an affront to all those that have run out to it over the years for it to be played prior to pub football fixtures

The obvious choice, surely?

Perhaps a medley from Depeche Mode: "Should be Higher" followed by "Enjoy the Silence" followed by "Never Let Me Down Again".

To be fair to the ships designers, the Titanic took a long time to sink, despite the huge tear down the starboard side.

We, on the other hand, are going down faster than a Bangkok hooker  :(
