Any strategy worth the paper it was written on would have a contingency plan in case Plan A started to unravel.

I wonder how diverse the responses to provide input were and indeed how many there were. I'd be surprised if there were that many. At the end of the day I think it will come down to what the board feel they can afford to do.

I just hope they have noticed how empty the ground has become.
