I think we are a football club arent we? So when is the current board going to realise that the football team is what we need to concentrate on and not the community aspect?

what do you want the board to do?....it's down to jim and players I'm afraid

past mistakes have been made, the only thing the board can do is raise some funds somehow or try another manger which would be wrong in my opinion.

Simply not true. They can call for togetherness, make statements to support the players and fans, employ scouts on a temp basis to help Jim identify players. They can take accountability for the mess and lay a platform for the football team to build on. That's just the start of what they could do.
