Probably when some serious money comes in,the best bet being a fan winning millions on the lottery which means we could be waiting for a long time

I think the Board need to release money for Harvey to do his job. If that means appealing for support from outside then they should do it. Not doing anything isn't good enough.

I bet Barbara Pig has a load of realistic and sensible alternatives to what is currently happening at both a board and playing level.
