I think Welling will finish bottom.
We need our share of luck on the injury front.
We also need to beat the teams around us - something we have failed to do the last 2 seasons.
a win over Macc would really boost our confidence.
This is our big problem we take a point at games that on paper we should lose then we get a point or nothing in games we should be winning

Updated with tonight's results, Saturday another key date, Torquay will probably make it four wins on the bounce as they entertain Kidderminster, not a favourable set of fixtures at all at this end of the table

Alty v Macc
Borehamwood v Barrow
Chester v Bromley
Guiseley v Wrexham
Southport v Halifax
Torquay v Kidderminster
Welling v Cheltenham

We have 7 home games and 6 away games - all are winnable. It's not like we have to play any of the top teams. We just need a little luck on the injury front (which we are surely due) and another loan midfielder would probably help - it's in our own hands, starting with Macc...

Which is significant to us purely in the sense I suspect both Torquay and Boreham will escape the drop, meaning Guiseley or Southport will join us in Conference North next season.

Kiddy and Welling gone

Us and BW in terrible form

Halifax and Torquay at risk if they don't get a few points and by some miracle either us or BW do

I can't see two of the above teams catching anyone else

Looks like we will have to win our home games against Aldershot and Welling and also our 3 away games against teams in the bottom 5.
We cant afford any more slip ups like at Welling.

To stay up Alty need to win 5 out of the last 10 games. On paper we could win 7 but on present form we could lose them all. The players are good enough to compete in this division but they need more belief in themselves and start showing they deserve to be in this league next season.
